Microsoft 365, without the sprawl.
M365 done properly. Not twelve Teams chats and a SharePoint full of abandoned files.
Most M365 tenants we inherit have been configured by three different people over five years, with every department spinning up Teams channels and SharePoint sites that nobody ever cleans up. Security baselines are missing, licences are over-bought, and the first time anyone audits it is usually when someone leaves and nobody can find what they had access to.
How we do it.
As a Microsoft Partner we handle the full lifecycle - licensing at sensible prices, clean migrations from Exchange or Google Workspace, tenant hardening to a security baseline, device management via Intune, and ongoing administration so the tenant doesn't accumulate ten years of cruft by year two.
For migrations, we cut over on a weekend. Staff notice on Monday because search actually works and mail on the phone finally stops needing re-authenticating every fortnight. No big bang, no heroics, nobody's productivity lost to it.
For existing tenants, we run a tenant health check first - what's over-licensed, what's mis-configured, what's exposed - and we hand you a prioritised plan before anything changes.
What's included.
- M365 licensing and procurement via Microsoft CSP
- Migration from on-premise Exchange / Google Workspace / legacy M365
- Tenant hardening - DKIM, DMARC, DMARC reject, conditional access
- Entra ID identity setup + SSO to third-party apps where it makes sense
- Intune device enrolment, policies, app deployment
- SharePoint / OneDrive architecture that doesn't turn into a swamp
- Teams governance - guest access, retention, channel hygiene
- Ongoing administration: user lifecycle, licence reviews, audit
What you get out of it.
- Clean, documented tenant that a new admin could pick up in an afternoon
- Licences sized to real usage - most clients find 10–20% of seats are over-licensed on day one
- Staff sign in once, stay signed in, and get to work - no re-auth-every-morning purgatory
- Tenant ready to pass the Microsoft Secure Score baseline any insurer will ask for
How it works.
- 01
Tenant health check
We audit the current tenant - licences, identity, security, SharePoint sprawl. You get a prioritised written plan.
- 02
Hardening baseline
We apply the security baseline: MFA, conditional access, DMARC, Intune policies. Done first; everything else builds on it.
- 03
Migration or cleanup
If migrating: weekend cutover, staff kept informed, zero-downtime for mail. If cleaning up: phased, with staff involved.
- 04
Hand over or keep
You can run it yourselves from here with our docs, or keep it under our managed contract. Either works.
Who it's for.
Clients moving away from on-premise Exchange, migrating off Google Workspace, inheriting a sprawling tenant they didn't build, or about to scale from one office to many.
How it's priced.
Licensing at Microsoft CSP rates, billed monthly. Migrations are fixed-price projects scoped after the tenant health check. Ongoing admin sits within the managed IT contract or as a standalone retainer.
Things people ask.
01 Are you an actual Microsoft Partner?
Yes. We hold active Microsoft Partner status for Modern Work and Azure - licensing, identity, device management and tenant operations all run through that programme.
02 Can you migrate from Google Workspace?
Frequently - mail, calendars, Drive, Shared Drives. We run a pilot with a handful of users first, then migrate in waves. Most clients are fully cut over inside four weekends.
03 Will you license us cheaper than buying direct?
Not always - Microsoft publishes CSP rates and we don't play games with margin on licences. The saving comes from right-sizing (most inherited tenants are 10–20% over-licensed) and from administering the tenant properly so you're not paying for E3 features you don't use.
04 What about Copilot?
We can enable and pilot Microsoft 365 Copilot where it makes sense, including the data-governance prerequisites (SharePoint permission cleanup, sensitivity labels). We will also tell you honestly if your data hygiene isn't ready yet - because rolling Copilot onto a badly-permissioned tenant is a bad week.
